The company started in Perris, CA because this is where the team lived and knew the landscape - the clay soils, the summer heat, and the kinds of homes being built here.

Perris has grown fast. The city has gone from a small farming community to a city of over 80,000 people, with new neighborhoods going up on the north and west sides and older homes downtown that have been standing for decades. We have worked on both - newer tract homes near Lake Perris and older properties close to downtown that needed a careful hand.
